Water Damage Restoration. Is It Really That Simple?
The objective of this course is to present information relative to understanding the process, costs and technologies used in the mitigation process, and application thereof during the claims adjusting and handling process.
So how does a water restoration mitigate a water loss with the use of the IICRCC S-500 3rd addition as a guideline? How are the costs of a water loss claim derived? What technologies can a water restoration use to mitigate and minimize the loss?
After the workshop, there will be a 2 hour Q & A session moderated by Mike Carli. Discussions will be about the information just learned, and how properly estimate drying of the structure and limiting the mitigation costs from rogue mitigation contractors.
I have partnered with Berks Fire Water Restoration to put on a water damage mitigation workshop. This workshop will be held on April 21, 2011 at Berks Fire Water Restoration facility at 350 Bern Street, Reading, Pa 19601. The workshop qualifies for 6 CE for the State of PA, however you will be given a Certification of Completion at the end of the day to forward to your state licenses for determination of applicable continue education. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
