“Tools for Successful Flood Adjusting” is the focus for the 2014 All Seasons Adjusting, Inc. Workshop to be held on June 17th and 18th at Whitford Country Club, Exton, Pennsylvania.
During this workshop we will be providing the attendees insight relative to organization, communication, knowing the flood file details, estimating accuracy along with customer service expectations. We will be featuring an “Adjuster Roundtable” discussion relative to determining solutions to your concerns. This will entail small group discussions with coming together as a large group and focusing on the top concerns and solutions thereof.
As the NFIP becomes more transparent, the flood adjusters will need to keep pace to ensure that their flood files are meeting the expectations of the NFIP, WYO’s and TPA’s. Unfortunately it is not getting any easier to adjust a flood claim, but having the right tools to meet these expectations will encourage successful flood file results.
